Dr. Ebonee Gresham DNP, MSN, RN: Director of Nursing, CEO, author, nurse leader
Dr. Ebonee Gresham is a nurse who doesn’t quit. She’s the CEO of her own nursing and evidence-based med spa; she’s the nursing leader of over 200 travel nurses; she’s an author; and she’s a COVID-preneur (with the fashion line to prove it). After a traumatic upbringing, difficulties in her advancement as a nurse, and having 10 kids, Dr. Gresham shows us this week that you only fail when you stop trying.
Jacqueline Clancy RN, BSN, MS, AEMD, CLNC: Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, advocate, small business owner
Jacqueline Clancy is a certified legal nurse consultant who has had her own consulting practice for over a year. She received her master’s degree from Regis university in Nursing Leadership in Healthcare Systems Organizations. As a nurse, she has experience in telemetry and patient logistics. From 2019 to 2021, she served as the director of the Centralized Transfer Center with Northwell Health. In 2021, she opened her legal consulting practice, Jacqueline N. Clancy Consulting.
Renee Thompson DNP, RN, FAAN: Consultant, CEO, author, workplace bullying expert
Renee Thompson is a workplace bullying expert and CEO of the Healthy Workforce Institute, a training and consulting company designed to help healthcare companies create healthy work environments. Renee received her bachelor’s degree in registered nursing, her master’s degree in nursing education, and her doctorate of nursing practice from the University of Pittsburgh. Before the founding of her company, she served as a staff nurse and as the Head of Academic Partnerships with UPMC. She has written several books, including “Enough! Eradicate Bullying and Incivility in Healthcare: Strategies for Front Line Leaders.”
Sylvain Brousseau Ph.D., inf/RN, FFNMRCSI, M.Sc.: Canadian Nurses Association President, researcher, professor
Dr. Sylvain Brousseau is a doctor of nursing sciences and nurse administration. He received his baccalaureate in nursing from the University of Ottowa and his masters in nursing from the University of Montreal. In 2015 he finished his doctorate at the University of Montreal. His Ph.D. research concerned the effect of a quality work-life balance on nursing managers. He served as a board member of the Quebec Board of Nurses from 2006-2008. In 2005, he was elected to serve on as chair of the Quebec Nurses Association. In 2020, Dr. Brousseau was elected as the president of the Canadian Nurses Association. Dr. Brousseau also serves as an associate professor at the University du Quebec en Outaouais.
Tranise Goodlow DNP, APRN, AGACNP-BC: Cardiology nurse practitioner, professor, educational consultant, speaker
Dr. Tranise Goodlow is a board-certified cardiology nurse practitioner, adjunct professor, and owner of the nurse and nurse practitioner coaching corporation Dr. G the NP. Dr. Goodlow earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern University and A&M College and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a specialty as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Arizona. In her current roles of provider, professor, and educational consultant, Dr. Goodlow provides individualized, evidence-based practice care and interventions to her patients, as well as disseminating current cardiology evidenced-based guidelines and teaching nuances of nursing to colleagues and students.
